Weapon Listings and Wiki Update

Two things:
- The weapon listings on the website will now also display the damage range of each weapon.
- The wiki entry for each weave has been updated to show every weave's timer length, cost, and damage range (if applicable). I also corrected any incorrect element costs that I noticed. If you discover anything that you know for sure is incorrect, you are welcome to notify me (or change it yourself).
