Changes Affecting Northern PK

The following changes are effective immediately:
- Woodengate in Gatekeep no longer exists. Instead, the old east gate has been put back in. It opens up into the dried lake portion of the zone east of Gatekeep.
- The well in Gatekeep is now no mob.
- A set of ancient trees and a set of rotting trees has been added to Gap.
- A pair of Kho'mon trollocs is now located north of Fal Dara, and a pair of trackers is south of Gatekeep.
