unclanned chars should be able to issue warhorses too. thanks
afaik i can't even buy a wahorse on my ls unclanned. Warhorses should be free and issueable to all imo

I think you can buy them for 10 silver or so in caem.

and it doesn't work in fm.

You can buy them in FD. There's two stables, try the other one.

other horses are way too shitty for warhorses to cost money. warhorses don't really stack up against trollocs as is.
