Weapon Changes, Balance tweaks

A few things:
-Several Long Blades, two-handed Spears and two-handed Lances have had their stats changed
-The success rate of Shield Block has been changed again.
-Fixed a bug involving a lot of spam when fleeing in the Crossroads.
