Merc problems

a) They cannot be ordered to 'crawl entrance' into the Baerlon mines, could this be fixed please 
b) Although mercs can see the door at Yurian they can't open it, it sounds like a minor thing but it's the best LS smob and people you can't afford search can't smob it.
