Herb Decay

In an effort to stem the stockpiling of herbs, namely boneknit, plants gathered from their natural growing areas will start dying. Each herb dies at its own pace.
In addition, herbalists will now pay you based upon three things:
1. The rarity of the herb
2. The condition the herb is in
3. Whether or not they're currently looking for that herb
I've thought about possibly allowing people to be able to replant herbs to stop them from dying, or at least to water them, but this will not be added for the time being.
