Herbalists

Three herbalist shops have been added: one in the trolloc Keep, one in Fal Dara, and one in Caemlyn.
Herbalists will buy any herbs you have collected, and will also identify plants for you. Say "list" or "help" in the shop and the herbalist will explain.
They'll also be on the lookout for certain herbs from time to time, and will offer more money for those.
