Shadows creep along the old, barren walls of this once-grand meeting hall.
Ancient-looking lamps hang in sconces every few feet, but none of them are lit.
A dim glow from the head of the room is the only light, but you cannot make out
the source. A large stone table stretches throughout the center of the room,
with decaying scrolls piled high. To the south, a large balcony full of broken
stone looks out into the Blight heat.
