Greetings!
I am Horath, Captain of the Valon Guard in Tar Valon. I have been put in charge of assembling a guard that will uphold the White Tower's law within the the city. All types of men will do, we'll be sure to train you to our standards.
In order to join please seek out some of the men that have already joined, they will tell you what you need to do.
