Doing Lame Things With New Characters

If I catch anyone using newbies to do things like abusing newbie kits, bugs, ruining PK, or anything else along those lines, their most played character will be zapped to level 1 in addition to a loss of whatever benefits have been received. If you've been doing this, consider this your warning.
