Use these wisely, as messages broadcast through them will be examined more closely. If you're saying something lewd, obscene, or vulgar, don't be surprised if you get noshouted.
The game would also have a much more pleasant atmosphere if complaining about things such as looting, equipment loss, wrongful deaths, etc. were cut to a minimum on globals.
