wait times

I'd like to see more solid rules if we aren't going to have enforced wait times.Ravir wrote:I know we've been pretty lax on this stuff, but it seems to have gotten out of hand. Here's the reminder:

If you break the rules, expect consequences. The main concern that pushes this reminder is that people are dying in pk, and then logging on to another alt a second later and throwing themselves back into the fray. Some of you seem to have quite a roster of alts, so you get the idea. It's simply not fair play. This is probably the main behavior I'll be looking for, but break the wait times at your own risk.
my ideas
1. You may not insta switch sides to scout.
2. You may not insta switch sides to get involved with pk, even if you were not involved in pk with the first character.
3. You may not insta switch sides to flame over a death.
Reasons to insta switch I have no issue with;
1. To find someone for x reason.
2. To chat
3. Smobbing related
4. Assisting an imm
5. Clanning, ranking
6. to ask if and where eq was dropped.
The wait time rule needs to always be enforced when a person breaks the rule when it directly involves pk.
