i just got stabbed in peace room s of lugg..dont understand, gotta be bug?

Bows will no longer fire in peace rooms.
Also, as for where you got stabbed, Heritage.... if that room was a peace room before, it's not now. Not sure if that's intentional or not, but I'll ask.

Yeah, we decided to take out peace rooms a while ago, having a peace room in an area where PK is possible is pretty dumb. If you find any, please let us know.
