After reboot, the following changes will be in effect:

-Some horses will return to their spawn point if left unattended for a certain amount of time. Additionally, a couple extra horse loads have been added.
-Moving with notice on will cost trolloc warriors, rangers and dreadguards an additional +1 moves.
-Trolloc move regen has been increased slightly.
-Mobs will no longer have a chance to hit a player with high defense.

Why not rogues?

And thanks for now completely killing blight pk. The only way a human would ever come up is if they can stash horses.

Is there a blight horse load and how long does it take for a horse to respawn...need to find these out first.

this

edit: is downing horse mvs something worth looking into? i ask in total ignorance because i've never had a LS alt, so i have no idea whether or not a human is horsehopping or just riding really far on one horse... ignore this question if the answer is blindingly obvious to people who know things

a warhorse plus human mvs are greater than troll mvs.

funny thing about trolloc moves is that they can't be stabbed away from you.

nice job comparing a move that only blademasters have, to a move that anyone can practice.

because then rogues would just be 100% unplayable if there was another rogue around.

Also, human rogues get free notice.
