So, I have now died multiple times to this thing. I wasn't sure if this was how it was intended to work, but it just seemed to be a bit strong right as it stuns you.

Outside a Massive Gate
A massive gate built of human skulls rises up three spans into the air. Walls
of poorly cut stone, stuck together with mud from the steaming swamp, lead off
to the east and west before turning to surround the city behind them. The
forest attatches itself to the walls, sickly yellow vines climbing half way up.
Meanwhile, the area ahead of the gate has been cleared by trolloc clansmen.

Two pieces of black steel overlap each other forming a large steel plate here.

I believe I was in the range of 150-170 hps at the time and I'm not sure where bleeding begins with 422 max hp.
Oh, and I am in full abs.

and heri was able to roll a bash while you were already stunned.

I really don't like the stunning artifact. it's bad for dodgers, absers, and comboers. it needs to either be downed dramatically, or removed from the game.

Agreed, the stunning one is overkill. But the other two aren't and they are nice.

Would it make you feel better if it had a chance to stun its owner too?

no. the problem is that when it stuns someone, a basher can then bash said person who got stunned right after the artifact stunned them. this can lead to potentially a shit ton of damage being done in a relatively short amount of time.

also, i don't know the exact length of the stun, or if it even varies, and i could be completely wrong, but it felt like it lasted longer than two rounds one time.

either the stun on bows needs to go, or on these artifacts. it's getting quite ridiculous how many things can sit you down at the moment.

The duration of the stun on the artifacts is crazy low, less than a round.

I'll think up something else for the artifact to do if the majority of the players vote to get rid of the stun.

A stun from one of these should now behave exactly like getting bashed for one round. If there's any issues let me know.

But you can still run a timer during this 'stunned' time, correct? So theoretically, you can have a three round bash if you time it correctly. Add in the fact that you can shoot arrow while you are bashed, and you can be bashed for 5 rounds!

Remind me again why you can start bash/arrow timers when someone is already stunned?

You cannot start a power shot timer while someone is already stunned, and if you land a power shot while someone is stunned, the stun does not stack.

The exactly like a bash I do believe means they are "stunned" therefore you cannot run a bash timer. Just my interpretation however.
