Power Shot

The ability 'Power Shot' is now available at ranger trainers. You can use this to fire more powerful shots in or out of combat to knock targets off their feet. 
A couple notes:
1. Syntax is 'pshoot' or 'pshoot xxx'
2. Critical hits, multishots, and special arrow effects from quivers do not affect this skill.
3. You may pshoot someone in or out of combat.
