Aes Sedai Mob Channeling

This has been "fixed" as in you should not be hit 20 rooms away with a fireball. In general their channeling should act very similar to a PC channeling. Please make posts if you feel they channel too much etc. And there may be several mobs that still do the old channeling in addition to the new channeling. If you find one of these mobs please bring it to the attention of someone.
