trolloc is in new keep, human is in lugard.
have to say in the room some fairly accurate syntax which i helpfully can't remember
might be a sign to look at or something.

The location of these mobs was never posted, but there is a sign to tell you how to reset yourself once you find him.

Near 4k now I believe. He was moved so Queen's Guards could have a place to repractice not in Lugard.
