Charge/Skewer

Charge/Skewer are back and working, though with a few changes that you will notice now, and some you will notice later.
Humans will continue to charge, however, they will now use lances. Trollocs will skewer but will use spears. The rest is the same for now except for that little swap.
I've started a General Discussion thread for the debate of balance as I am sure that there are tweaks which need to be made.
