it seems filling flasks etc are founatin specific. I if filll my flask at White Bridge fountain, go to Caemlyn and try there I get this message...


You get a light leather flask from a brown bag.

There is not much to this simple leather flask. It is small, appearing able to
carry enough water for about a day's trip. The flask itself is made of a light
tan leather.

When you look inside, you see:
It's full of a crystal clear
liquid.

Judging by the size of this fountain, it was constructed for public use. The
stone used to make this are nice and smooth in texture. An elaborate design is
carved into the sides of the stones making up the structure of the fountain.

When you look inside, you see:
It's more than half full of a clear liquid.

Much wiredness, and this also applies to any other fountain I have tried

Different water types. Some are better than others, b ut sadly the code doesn't allow for them to mix.

Simply do: "pour flas out", then fill it with the other water source if need be.

I had been switching. Who would of thought plain water came in so many flavours ;p
