A shifty Darkfriend Bookie

When you go to the fountain to refill your skins of human flesh, you notice a note scribbled in blood. Being unable to read it, you ask the Darkfriend who is eying you as if you were going to eat him. Of course, maybe you will. In a wavering voice, he reads the note.
I have set up shop in the Keep. All those minions of the Shadow who feel the Great Lord is looking upon you with favor can risk your gold on your luck with a game of dice.
Of course, if you feel luck is not with you in the workings of the horde, you can always leave your shiny metal with me, and I will make sure it is... well taken care of.
You will find me in the Shadowy Basement to the east of the Gatekeep.
