1. Only mob that aggros/assists LS is Gatekeeper of Southgate. Who is naked.

2. Trackers are equiped, but just stand there.

3. All other mobs are naked

4. Can still use track in the city.

5. No horses

I just keep hearing Priority in my head, but it must lie with different concerns.
