Waiting Times

Guys, this rule has been around for a long time, and it saddens me that people are still not following it. In the past we've been fairly lenient about it. However, when it is obvious that you break the rule in order to do something you definitely should not be doing, such as transfering gear crossrace or insulting someone for something that happened while you were on another character, the chances of us overlooking a "mistake" will greatly decrease.
Just as a reminder, the times required for waiting are as follows:

Sameside Mortal: 5 minutes
Immortal to Mortal: 15 minutes
Mortal to Immortal: 5 minutes
