Of the people on Kinslayer, who here is actually 'old school'? I know I was playing when both races could understand eachother, and were no pk colors, couldnt hit 'k trolloc' had to target by name. I remember building the zones w of fd when FD was the only thing open for play. I remember Imms logging into Black Assassins and blicking everyone. I remember being the First Gaidin and clanning Val and Chase (Bwaha), also becommning a fade on DS with Gristlyn, Growler a DL, and Nico a Greyman, I remember playing with ol' Norum . And when you could kill a small deer and gain 5 levels, Kill and ancient tree and get 10 levels. Who else was around for those times, all you old school people come out!.

I remember playing back then.. Back when you could bash someone, flee off, and stab their ass in the same two rounds. When there was no time limit on getting out of the Circles, and we'd just sit there at the exit in FD and drop people repeatedly as they came out. Back when channelers could summon trollocs into Caemy and then beat the living crap out of them.

Back when lvl 30 was the max you could be, and leveling to that took 30 minutes cuz you could kill the trollocs in keep without a warrant.

I remember those days. I remember making the enormous tunnels and the plains/road zone west of Tar Valon. And I remember some douche imm making those gay ass zones west of Fd...Oh, that was you Carter? Fucking loop rooms.

I remember having 4 councilmen, and of course...being bonded to Daniel (Elathia), before the fucker went DF on me. Then I remember trying to force Mike's (Dobry's) FC to rank, so I could bond her, but alas...character wipe.

I remember having Saei on trophy 2000 times, and I have to thank her even now for the amount of Masters she gave to the darkside. Jk punk.

I remember Dobry and his tactics with his heron-long that pissed everyone off, and Mishnish and his stunted ass heron which he used to tickle people to death. Oh..and of course Osis's overpowered master.

I remember the power of the Al'Ghol! Still hands down the funnest clan I was in.

Oh..and sorry Nathan (Trin) but I can't talk about the old-days and not remind you of.....CLAN ROOM BROTHERS!!! *ZOOOOOM* <--Who else remembers this? I know Mike does!

sorry that i wouldn't fight 6 solo in the crappy cities before tar valon was upped! but i'm not the pussy that flees at scratched anymore that goes to vodka(and it's not usually 6 he's fighting more like 1-2)

i remember when everyone played ds and people would bitch because i'd run into my clanroom that i could get in with no quit.

i remember having overpowered warhorses that'd just zoom all over the place(kind of like shadow stallions are right now).

i remember being able to port to zones not made yet and putting tons of eq in game.

I remember when dodge completely sucked even more so than it does right now and claymores gave 200+ ob.

I remember when overpowered Saei couldn't use her 400+ hp channeler to completely annihilate ds like she should have.

I remember lots and lots of cheating!

On a serious note, the funnest time I had on this mud WAS fighting 5+ trolls in FD/TV. I'd always bitch and moan and complain about gankage, but I'd never had a more fun time. I'd always look for those kind of battles.

Lol, yeah..those were awesome days. Tulon STRICTLY forbid breaking the rules by porting to zones still not connected. So we had to do it by night

I remember when a merchant in Illian loaded hunting knife, and in the course of 3 days it went from unique to common item.

OH! I miss Uno. I remember coming back and asking "Where's Uno?" and everyone started laughing at me.

I remember Kayn being Legend 1 and outdistancing everyone by 1k wps and Lithium and Norya constantly trying to work out new lame schemes to trap him in various hidden doors.

Oh, and most distinctly I remember Jayden (carter) and Rocin (me) when we joined borderguards. We tore it up so hardcore and got so many scalps that the scalp values were lowered because I got rank 5 in 2-3 days, and Jayden did same.

Hahaha, I just remembered my description on Rocin. We were all pking in Gap/Fal Dara area when, "Bollesedun narrates 'Low on moves, going to run Caemlyn to rest."

I remember being first Gaidin master! Clanning Reigher and having him getting rank 6 and Bonding the first week wtf? Then both of us having 2 legends on the list, having Nicotine kill me and take all my wps (I forgot who nico gaidin was) Those were the days folks

Let's see here....I remember trying to kill Norum, yet every time I got him down to stunned he STILL managed to escape.

I remember when Nico had 2300 wps. that was just fun

I remember when we didn't have trophies so Saei couldn't appear 2000 times

I remember the whole hitting "k trolloc" not working. that was evil!

I remember when I was pushing to have my master weapon be a ter'angreal that could deal emote damage.

Was it here that we had the Aes Sedai/Gaidin mob pair by Fal Dara, and PC's would always run there and kick all our trolloc butts ?

Or how about the time when the bug came through and channelers could insta-fireball people? Now THAT was some shit.

oh wow, almost forgot:

the crazy weave point swings on nicotine...being legend 1 with 2200 wps, then dying so much he lost about 1500, then the next day he'd be back on the list... it went on like that the entire time i played... high legend, no legend, high legend, no legend, etc...

OH and the time when i could wield tainted blacksword, bash and poison people, then switch to my master dagger and start stabbing/meleeing the crap out of people all at the same time

I remember stunning Nico once too. Then have you get away anyway. Or it might have been your Gaidin alt, not sure.

And I had my own "trophy" system, so stfu.

I remember getting sleep stabbed for tainted, then having the guy transfer the tainted to his alt next week, who was ironically trying to get into my clan. He's lucky I completely forgot his name and alt's, otherwise I'd definitely post his name.

What made Kalei clan that fool Clark? pfft. If I remember correctly, Ive always outranked your ass! Even to this day.

I remember when I first started here and I died on my mc Russel like 1000 times a day.
I remember Norya/Lithium fleestabbing me a 1000 times a day on Clark.
I remember being bonded to Saei, Lol.
I remember that big battle between Rand and Shai'tan and Lews and Sauron NW of FD. I spamlooted Rand for Callandor.
I remember Kison always narrating how he was the first to break 2000 wps on Kin, and how he lost them twice in trapdoor.
I remember how I always bested Reigher, even though he thought he was better than me

I remember Rakkard being first person to break 1000 wps, then Kison ate my ass with a spoon in GK. That's when he was magically appearing and porting places, being a thief...

i relaly don't care about you axxey think what you want and i'll think what i want. that's all you ever say 'you have no idea what you're talking about' but then don't give what is correct. so unless you're going to tell me why i'm wrong/what's wrong about it/etc. etc. STFU.

Yup, been soo many good times on here, and bad times as well, but can only look back and laugh at it.

I can honestly say I played ds because I frickin hated ls. ds you could actually semi-relax, and didn't have to spam the damn k human every damn second . Fighting 3+ stabbers was not fun, especially when even spamming you got blicked from flee/stab etc

Just funny shit really, I remember one of the first times hopping over here, that I saw trolls in fd, and I was like...wtf are trolls doing in here, don't gates lock?

And then it began, blick, blick blick, I think I died so many times that first evening it was nuts. Think it was Norya and some other stabber, and they laughed every time

I did too of course, I was used to wotmud's similar system, but this was still just flipping nuts

I remember that secret passage that was nw of Gap, where dragonsword used to be that led to Tulon's office, and then led to the Circle of Light. That was back when Grynd and Slaughter owned darkside. I popped through that thing more times then I can remember, coming out in TV or some crazy place. I stabbed Norya's ls alt so many times that way.

I remember when the first shields were implemented, and I was pulling 480 def with a heron and full abs, enough to buff all the mobs in FD at the time.

I remember a certain someone sameside stabbing me for the heron, transfering it to LS, and then junking it when he got caught by Tulon.

since it started i guess ... didn't play that often though ... was imm building rooms ... shit that was a bit ago now eh ? ..... 8 years playing wot and this feels like its been a couple of weeks lol

I can clearly remember when Ryan and I only played LS and would get slaughtered mercilessly all the time... Most of the time humans only got kills by spamming bash at mobs (Larua!) or sitting in a room starting stab timers until a trolloc walked into it...

Kison the darkfriend was annoying, but in the early days of Weave Points I was one of the few people to gain more then him! Then there was Kanag the testfade slaughtering 5+ humans in FD by himself...

Figuring out that the Ko'bal had a shortened stab timer was funny... I would run stabs against Setzer and lose terribly every time, eventually it occurred to me that their timers were 2 pulses shorter than mine.

And then there was when clans were new... Ryan became the only channeling Wolfbrother, and discovered fun bugs like instachanneling and horses having infinite moves when ridden by Wolfbrothers... I think I was clanned Shienaran Guard by either Logain or Larua.

I have memories that go back even further, but they're all jumbled up. Exp was virtually impossible the first time I played, I think people levelled up by killing each other. It was utter chaos back then...Everyone killed everyone, races really didn't differentiate (if they even existed), and I think mortals could still hear immortal communication channels.
