Was trying to stab Linda. You see Phantasm brick his stab, which engaged Linda, causing me to get the can't stab a fighting person message, then I got stabbed myself BY Linda....

Not a bug...You can't start backstabs while engaged or on engaged targets, but if you start the stab before you get engaged it will still go through.

Still sucks nonetheless.

it's to stop flee stabbers

After I read through a few times, I realized that's the way stab works- if you aren't hit, your stab still goes through until you are hit or your target hits you.

Just AWFULLY bad timing for me.

Got a little miffed that I died twice to that damn stab that day. Once as I spammed k human and then slept for ONE second, and the one posted here. The one when I slept for regen burned me though. I suppose my notice turned off RIGHT in time for her.
