Until the borderguards can decide which is correct in this war between channelers and children of the light we are going to stand apart. If there is a fight between these two people the instigator(if it's an obvious thing with witnesses or the person doesn't fight back at all) will be warranted if there is no obvious instigator then you will be both be warranted(if you're fighting each other).

We are standing apart from this war. This rule might change in the future depending on the pleasures of the borderguards.
