I propose getting rid of all lockable gates to cities. You can still have the gate there, but make them regular doors. This will promote city raids and such as well and keep pk alive once someone runs indoors.

I wouldnt mind this at all.

If thats the case then caemlyn will need its own version of murash or agelmar (king easar now) for the newbies.

have 5 - 7 city guards group with gambler and up his load.

But if all gates are unlockable the number of gates at certain cities will need to be lessened, caemlyn for one, keep's jump exit possibly.
