What are the new channie stat caps?

Just out of curiosity... what's the max str/dex/con channies can get now?
I threw away a 15 con one the other day due to crap hps, but now that I found the forums again and looked at some of the other folks posts, I'm thinking I just screwed up and threw away what by the new standards would be a pretty good channie.
