In that case, can we get a trolloc trade forum and a human trade forum?

Trollocs don't trade, they're communists! Your eq is my eq!

I have an ash club for trade. Looking for dodge trinkets such as gold medallion, green dangling circlets, or a ruby earring...maybe dark cloth leggings as well.

Vurek prefers only one-dimensional mud: pk only. Anything else is weak. How about all we do is pk pk pk? I say total pk is boring, we have to have more things. For example: crafting, rping, trading, etc. How about not make such a broad statement? I know I get bored of pking with the same people all the time and always the same sets. Why not have more people drawn here? Pure pk sure as hell isnt gonna do it.
I didnt ask for Norash's club to be taken, and I hardly am "desperate" for it. Though I have sent Raekyn a mail...

I see where your coming from Vurek, but then again some people dont need any reason to be greedy, keeping the eq for itself is good enough, I do agree with chase atm we have a one dimensional mud, we actually had a newbie on tonight and I tried to help him and encourage him to stay, well he wasnt impressed and soon left but what worries me is if he had been somewhat drawn into staying and at lvl 20 he would of had a bullseye target on his back and would of had another reason to quit.

ja. i agree with vurek.
something that i really enjoy about kinslayer is how relaxed it's always been. players aren't eq whores like in WoT; eq is returned based on common agreement to keep PK going and to keep players happy. sure, maybe sometimes you lose 3/4ths of your set and it's replaced with crap, but you're usually left with
something. that's definitely one of the reasons i prefer kin over WoT- people are greedy sunzabitches that spend way too much time accumulating their precious little sets
if we start doing eq trading, we'll be like WoT! *cringe*

I agree with you vurek, player treatment towards one another is the key towards maintaining and expanding the current pbase, playing wot with hundreds upon hundreds of player I grew accustomed to a certain type of disrespect and eventually became a little bitter, I and many others brought that attitude with us from wot and those leaning towards the extreme migrated back to wot or learned to adjust. Now that we have a smaller pbase the attitudes have improved and the comraderie has increased as well, so why would we want to imp anything that would decrease this imrpovement of general spirits? Imp I refer to making eq harder to obtain.
I realize some of you guys think I'm on crack when i speak of the elite, but you guys dont realize most of us are elite to a fresh newbie, and some of you guys are elite to an oldbie like myself; examples nico, lith, vurek, chase. you guys have insane skills and dont have to ever worry about eq because in crap sets your skills allow you to triump in crap eq, not so with me I must rely on limited skills, well thought out plans, and picking my fights.
Wot gained their large pbase back in 2000 because pk was limited to the north, those who wanted to rp knew to stay s of tv, and those who didnt want pk period could flock around amador, we dont offer any such zones for newbie, every zone is dangerous to someone new to the mud and will eventually be a turn off. We need more dimensions, rp encouragements, other things to do such as quest and things like blacksmithing, mining, tailoring etc. Alot of this doesnt even have to be hard coded, simple scripts could be imped for the mining and the ore smeltering.
My main point, the players need to get along with one another, and eq hoarding is contrary to this as well as constant pking.

/sarcasm
Since we want to be a carebear mud why don't we just make corpses non lootable!? wouldn't that be GREAT. you'd always get your eq back and you'd always have the same set!
/end sarcasm
On another note it's always your choice to keep eq or not. Not the other person's. If you don't like it kill them and get it back if you think they were lame doing it be lame and get it back. stop holding yourself to these 'morals' and expecting everyone else to hold to your morals the same way.

Why are you always so negative Trin? I like you but you have issues buddy

I remember once that I got an axe from pk that I needed from gristlyn and chase and vurek decided that since i showed up when gristlyn was batt that i should return since i wasn't there for the whole pk and they attacked me because i wouldn't return the axe. that is making others hold up to your morals.
another time when i was pking and we killed 4 trolls and the trolls killed me and because georj was harassing someone to return eq he returned eq(including an abs set i could have used) before i could get my set back and i lost my whole set because of it.
