I assume this stems from the same problem as the rest of the clanning bugs, etc, maybe from scripts being updated? Please tell us when it gets fixed

Its a bug that has to do with the new syntax to award qp, clan and rank peeple.

For the moment, don't try and clan people or rank or anything. Log yourself turning in scalps and post on your clan forums so that you can be reimbursed. This is a code change that needs to be done so needs a coder.
