Melker has the only known one in game, and it frags 100% through a kit of full dodge? Is this intended to be that way, to make it no fun to PK when he is around, or is it an error that has been overlooked?

Mmm... fragging through a set of dodge? I assume you mean HITTING through a set of dodge, as dodge does not affect weapon damage? If you do mean fragging, and not just hitting, well... Shocklance is a good weapon. It has high damage. Don't know about the ob though... would help not posting as a guest.

It's sickly sickly overpowered, i did tell him it would be removed or downed completely if he took it into pk.

it is nasty....he hit through my defense (320+) everyyy single round he was on me..frag frag frag..

He shouldn't of got it. I have downed it a tough but will leave it in as a unique at the moment. Post here if it is still way too overpowered.

not to sound all post-death-whiny or anything, but...
in my experience the shocklance was hitting very hard and extremely hard really often on 63% abs. shrug.
