constrain, usable only with chains,
wraps around the targets leg, making them unable to flee for 3 rounds, but they can still attack, bash, etc. a successful bash would break the contrain

So the chain, your weapon, would be entangled for 3 rounds meaning your opponent can just stand there and get 3 free rounds on you, as your weapon is made useless? No thanks.
