Some more changes

A few more changes that will be in as of next reboot:
-No Travel rooms can no longer be faded in to or out of
-Fade spell avoidance upped a bit from it's recent downing
-Regen can no longer be casted upon oneself
-Trying to use a healing weave on yourself will now display a more clear message
