Inability to send tells in Cof/Cod

I'm not quite sure why we can't send tells from the circle of whatever. Seeing that we can communicate that we have ripped via changing our titles, I don't see why we shouldn't be able to send tells from this boring place!

While on the topic of Crossroads...It would be amazing if regen were upped so that you can regen 400 hps while sleeping for 10 minutes. I also agree with Lamgwin on the sending tells from crossroads.

I agree with both parties, resting for 10 mins i regen like 290-325 out of 447 hps...sucks having to sit keep to finish regening hps...
and as far as tells from Crossroads/circle goes, Lamgwin has a good point, tells would make things a hell of a lot easier and faster so people on same side as you dont go running right into a trap you just got sucked into or whatever.
