Unfinished Zone

I was locing stuff in Caemlyn and there was an item I wanted to smob to the far west so I gated myself and the 2 mobs there and it ended up being an unfinished zone. I thought I could get out so I walked around and ended up diving into this pool and I ended up not being able to do anything. When I ran out of moves I fell asleep and now I can't even wake up.
