A Letter from the Blight

You notice a letter nailed to the wall outside the barracks of the Shienaran Guard
Commander Teran:
Today I snuck deep into trolloc controlled lands and crippled their resources. The banker, blacksmith, butcher, apprentice weaponsmith, female trader and two darkfriend mercenaries I discovered were all slain within the Ruined Keep, hopefully providing more than a minor inconvenience for our foes. I then journeyed to the trolloc Stronghold and assassinated Orglosh the trolloc merchant as well as the doorguard of the Dreadlord Mardock. I recommend a strike at their leaders soon, before they recover from these damages.
