right now gates are a bit too powerfull,
Gatekeep is fine...
Fal dara ngate, westgate armorer, dog gate etc.. should be downed a bit
maybe remove 1 high-ranking soldier
Make Aes sedai in trapdoor assist humans and give her some weaves? nothing too strong
Maybe down Dreadlord a bit? he dosnt load very good and does sickening weave damage along with attack...

High ranking soldiers do too much damage, there's no reason mobs that come in such large groups should be able to frag people unbashed.

I think part of the problem is that a lot of those soldiers are the ones with the city leaders. If I can weed those out then I think a large part of the problem will be fixed.
