sources please

I already know how to eat and drink.
Although I don't know where to find sources.
It said my character was hungry and thirsty.
so I made him eat,
though I had no water.
starting from the place with
that faywin or whatever guy who likes to train you,
can you give me the directions to food and water?

One room north of Faywin is a stream, which you can drink from by entering "drink stream"
Along The Swamp Path
[ Exits: n s w ]
A dark, murky stream trickles along the ground.
A large black rat is sitting here in the shadows.

oh wait no problem.
after i found that.
i remembered yesterday,
there was 5 apples on a tree.
i took one and there were 4.
But now there is 5 again.
so i have an unlimited supply of food and water.

The trees grow back often so you can indeed live in that area forever if you wish. Also I would like to remind you that all cities have fountains and wells which you can quench your thirst with.
