Where is everybody ? everytime i am on i see none!!!!!!
And like a lot of ppl i have eq and just want sometimes to pk instead of smobbing ect but there is no one ever on !!!! we need ppl to come back !!!

I completely lost interest in playing MUDs. Sorry, maybe I'll be back again someday, but for now I won't be doing much besides checking the forums occaisionally.

I havent been able to play for like 8 months, but Ill probably play a little bit when summer comes. I pretty much dont care about muds anymore, just wanna pk every once and a while.

I think I'd play if I knew Chase was going to be there, I was never one to pass up free kills.

But Lithium, they took fleestabing out of the game... How are you going to kill me now?

Besides... for some reason I have a shadow warrant.

Id play a ASoIF mud if there was on. Have it be more like the Game of Houses and strategy/pk than channies. Thatd rock.

i'd play if there was a nachieving thing. but there is no small achievements. only big. same problem with wotmud. no achieving except for a good set and than you die real quickly and it's like umm now i have to smob pk for like 2 weeks straight to be able that same set again. not worth it. much better things to do with time/energy than that.

if it was like pop on every once in a while and get a pkable set in an hour than pk for like 5 hours die and just forget about the game. well i think kinslayer would be a lot more popular. but since we've made it 'hard' we lost the people that came on to have fun. people that want it hard go to wotmud where there's other stuff keeping them there rp, playerbase, lots of clans to choose from, can have more than 1 char in a clan. among other things.

I totally agree... some time ago I made issuable sets from the crossroads, nothing spectacular, but at least something to get you back into the action in. I don't know why they were taken out. If the mud went back to being like it was in the old days I think a lot of the playerbase would come back and play regularly, so new players would come in and actually have help from the older players instead of seeing no one on and quitting.

Bring back old mud but have good pking sets that are pretty easy to get (like how easy it was to get full sets on old mud), and then have some rare equipment that you fight for. Keep the new zones though! Make exp like new mud, or maybe a little easier. 1 scalp = 3 qps!

I know I would not quit pking until the person with the rare on the other side either rented or died. Fighting for those hard to get pieces of equipment used to be one of the funnest parts of the game. I remember I used to try to plot to kill Cannibal every time he logged on when he had his heron. I also remember I had the best time pking vs like 3-4 trolls when I had my heron. They eventually killed me after I got like 5 of them, but I wasnt angry at all. Was some kickass pk. Thats one of the main reasons Id play.

I actually mailed galnor about making a new mud about a song of ice and fire. He hasn't mailed me back yet but i think that would be the best mud. Less magic, more realistic type fighting etc.

it would have to be an extremely well done mud to work. the asoiaf mud. lot of work put into it. like we're thinking... longer time than what it took to bring mud back after the pwipe.

I also told him, don't tell trin if you make a new mud. Also, i just haven't felt like getting on kinslayer lately, well for the past like month or so i guess.

I think if everyone had easy access to good eq, the only real battle was for qps/wps/rare eq, channelers were reintroduced using narg's and koradin's system, and qps were broadened so that nonclanned players could still turn scalps in for qps and then use those qps to buy player houses, mobs, etc.... it would be a lot more fun to play.
