Anyone else remember the old road east of FD (that went south!), and the trolloc smob at the end? Think it was the Dhai'mon Captain. Loaded shimmering axe, 65ish abs.
Smobbing Mazrim Taim for his dodge was fun too, back when his emotes targetted horses and did 0 damage to them...
Oh, and then there was the period of time where every mob in the game was stabbable. People would farm Yurian, Mjuurk, Agelmar for full sets constantly. Mjuurk was a personal favorite, since he loaded full Dha'vol abs and a couple of their trinkets.
There were also the days when channelers were RIDICULOUS. Rasten made Legend 1 using full dodge+tainted sword, he was untouchable. My first experience with him was after Narg's WVD vial quest. He showed up after Norya, Gristlyn and myself completed it. We grouped and attacked him and tried bashing... Gristlyn died after 3 earthquakes, Norya ran and ended up mobripping in Whitebridge, and I think I hagged out and was killed east of Caem somewhere.
And lets not forget channelers able to start weaves on people not even in the room. And sleep having a shorter timer than bash. And the instaweave bug. Channelers were so buggy...
