Indeed. Except I don't have that many stories of war. Most of those are after my time. Except the gulf war, which I barely remember. And theres also the missiles from the north, but those can't reach us [yet] and besides, we're surrounded by Arab villages, so I doubt they'd try anything. But I do have some cool stories. For example:

In short, we were with some Druze kids in a pre-army camp for a week. On the last day the Druze kids attacked the soldiers in charge after they were accused of stealing someone's camera (not sure if this was true or not), and one of them tried to steal a gun from one of the soldiers . Was kinda scary at the time, because I was outside my room at the time, and all of a sudden I heard the alarm going off and a huge group of kids running my way. When we were in our rooms, there were rumors going around about the Druze kids stealing a weapon, and one guy was missing (didn't answer his cell either)... Hey, at least it makes for a good story

Theres quite an age gap between you and I not to metion my gf is 9 years older than me Her parents are holocaust survivors so of course she had a traumatic childhood, maybe thats why we get along so well, we are both so f*cked up

She told me a story of when she was living in Israel during the gulf war, an american missile (scud i believe) landed and exploded within yards of her house, blowing out all the windows and the front door. Thank god for compitent allies huh

Scud (Russian made) missiles were used by Iraqis, you are thinking of the American Patriot anti-missile missile!

Just a correction, scuds were used by Iraq if I'm not mistaken. And yeah, it's surprising how many people had that happen to them. One of my friends had one of those land in their back yard, but it didn't explode luckily.

Oh, and incase anyone else was wondering, Israel isn't that bad... usually...

I'm a college junior at college of charleston in SC. I'm in a fraternity, enjoy offshore fishing, boating, and I had actually played wotmud for 10 years before coming over here recently. It's a lot of fun. I've enjoyed it thus far and look forward to procrastinating with the best of you. I like to surf when I can, go out to the bars, and work on finishing up my environmental science degree. I don't know what I'll end up doing yet, but I wouldn't mind working with the Department of Natural Resources as an agent or a consultant. I really want to run my own business, and have had stints with small startups already. I'm 22, my favorite food is lasagna, and I have a tendency to get drunk and play mean pranks.

im not the average mudder.. I don't look like I know what a mud client is in a million years :P I wear PFG's, fish often, and frat hard. I just could never shake muds.. first love :P
