I actually stepped in and tried to rectify the situation with the entire warrant. It was totally uncalled for - and everyone involved should take a second look at themselves and wonder if they are really justified in their actions. You people know who you are.

I will say this though, Robby destroyed any chance I had of helping him remove this warrant by his responses globally to me. Lamgwin was a menace to this mud, and if anyone here, including immortals, say differently then they are deluded and quite frankly stupid. Should robby have been warranted? No, never. Should I have removed his warrant? No, not after what he did in the course of me attempting to help. That being said, even though the warrant was unjustified, he turned his only potential friend in the matter against him through his FN actions. He's a shady character, and I don't condone most of his actions or words on the mud, however he was wronged in the initial warrant. He just reacted in such a way that I could in no way be justified in removing his warrant.

Yah i agree when he was warranted originally it was entirely unjust, however stabbing me in the middle of ds pk is not acceptable in any nation. He broke shienaran law by stabbing me in shienaran lands. He broke Tar Valon law because he attacked an Aes Sedai. In my opinion he should have been warranted as well as declanned. He made a conscious decision to try to kill me and now he is paying for it. I bet now he wishes he had never done it. and maybe by some miracle we will all wake up tomorrow and it never did. I did not want to have him lose everything he worked for. I am sure he worked hard to get to rank 6, but im not gonna feel bad about causing him to get declanned. It was not my fault he decided to attack me. And then he says he is just going to bring alts into this and do lame crap to all of my characters, well honestly robby i had thought you above that, but apparently i misjudged you. I can't say i blame you for being mad but you brought it on yourself. I realize this is a long post and nobody may even read the whole thing so. Hopefully you learn from this robby and think before acting next time.

This is a really pathetic attempt to get your rank back. you can do what you like in retaliation but, I unlike those you used to do it to will go through the proper ways and ensure it doesn't happen for long.

The second time I stabbed you there were like 4 other people trying to kill me as well and I had 2 of you crit so I think I did pretty well considering. My priority was not to kill you unless it was safe to.

I also never said anything about screwing over my own characters but likely you will try that on me given you seem to lack any RP boundaries even on your Aes Sedai. I can be a perfectly good pain in the ass by simply following the rules and sticking it to you!

the last thing we need are more channies though! I would agree that ss would be sweet if it would be mandatory to be an abs warrior.

I've just gotten to the point where I've become very disappointed in many people, people haven't lived up to what expectations I had of them, and some just took a whole new route altogether. It's sad, really.

Wow If that is the case you can just stay 3 zones away from me and we will both be happy :) I had never attacked you so your first stab was just because you felt like being.....whatever. The second stab we were hunting ds around path and you tried to stab me so dokes did the right thing as a valon guard and killed you :) as far as rp boundaries I stick to them as best possible. I could care less what happens to you after this moment,because from now on i could care less if I ever talk to you again.:)

You attacked me mid DS pk and thats why I stabbed you the first time but I did wait until the DS were both hiding in RK.

The second time DS had left 2 ticks ago and you were still sitting east gate TV. At least some of us can track! Sure, he's a good Valon guard for defending you in TV but there's a log of him killing me while I'm engaged on DS and he has a Borderguard warrant for it.

FYI for everyone that wasn't there: Robby wasn't attacked. I wasn't in the room, but at the time he narrated that he attacked Ciarra for not pking the way he wanted to. You can't change your story so many times Robby.

Qmoney, I didn't expect to be instantly declanned without having a chance to tell my side of the story. There's a thing called taking the piss out of someone and the stupid guy who thinks he knows what happened but was too busy not PKing to notice.

Why the hell would I randomly stab anyone in the middle of DS PK? Did you even think to ask yourself that before playing the blame game? No, you were too busy thinking "Oh Robby is such a douche and Ciarra is so cool, I'll just hate on Robby." Now you are posting here about how you have nothing to add and no evidence of anything either way but you don't like Robby because he stabbed you while you were trying to kill him in TV? Oh and you also talked a lot of shit to Robby after he stabbed Ciarra because you really don't like him? I don't know much about you, my good man, but lets think about this for a second. If I get attacked by a human while crossrace pking, my first response is to narrate "WTF are you doing!?", not stab her then claim it was because she wouldn't follow me to timestab and because I have autotrack in cities. Also, how silly would she have to be to attack you, then let you stab her? Illogical, no?
I was online at the time, and heard all communication. Never once did you mention her attacking you. I am what you would call a witness. Check your laws, I'm sure they have something in there.

I find it funny that you're so busy trying to play the victim that you can't possibly wrap your mind around the fact that a neutral bystander thinks you're in the wrong. This is so unreal to you, that you invent things like me being baised against you. Why? I don't really know any of you, and we certainly know Ciarra isn't one of the most liked people in this game.

By the by, I didn't have notice practiced at the time of all this happening (Nicotine and Phantasm can attest to that). So why and how would I try to kill a stabber? Or maybe I saw you stab Ciarra, and since you were so aggro on me earlier I correctly assumed you'd go after me so I ran into tower?

Really this isn't anyones business but the Borderguards and Robby. Robby was declanned because he blatantly disregarded the rules that Tiberius and I set down on the clan. I have told Robby multiple times not to fight other humans, even if they attack him. I was on during this situation, and had Ciarra been the one to attack first, then I would have warrented her. The defense of self protection, assuming Ciarra was the aggressor, does not extend so far as to give Robby the right to stab her. Robby's declanning was because of multiple incidents, and is not limited to this one situation.

I, nor anyone in the Borderguards, harbor any ill will towards Robby. He is protected in our lands just like anyone else. If anyone attacks him in our lands, then they will be warrented. Dokes can attest to that fact.

But you see Chase, this is where I disagree. If someone attacks me surely I can attack them back. Example: Kathryn murders Bob, so Bob tries to kill Kathryn next time.

Sure I stabbed her, but I didn't chase when she ran for her life but I'm sure Bob or you or any other BG would have chased, but me? I was more interested in killing the DS at the time. Its like I am expected to follow a completely different rule book that you make up as you go along.

Hardly making it up as I go along - the American justice system is predicated on that theory. Some guy tries to punch you in the face, you can defend yourself but you can't just shoot him.

Lets not pretend like I did this for this single occurance. You have styled yourself as an outsider - as much so as to have "robber" in your title. That style was ok until you kept taking it to a level where you have petty squables with almost everyone in a clan whos only goal is to fight trollocs.

I didn't realize that everyone in this clan felt the same way you did or that they had a say in my declanning. Oh wait, that's because they don't and the never did.
