Ohh hrm maybe giving warders only 3 qps per scalp and a 3 qp deduction if they die would make it more even.

No way should they get comparable bonuses to remorts. 1) they didn't get the qps to earn it, 2) theres too many bonuses as it is, 3) in the books, warders weren't THAT insane, its just the ones most people are familiar with were (Lan, Gawyn), 4) an AS, with a bonused-up warder on this mud, would be totally unbalancing. Imagine a BM or fade who can run bash and weave timers at the same time..

I think it's quite funny that the people who suggest outrageous and ridiculously overpowered or very poorly thought out bonuses for a class that they are going to directly benefit from will in nearly the same breath whine and complain about the bonuses/abilities of other clans/remorts.

It's really quite funny when you think about it.

That being said, I think I can fairly assess the situation from both sides as I have both a fade and an Aes Sedai who will be eligible for bonding as soon as it comes up. I would not ever condone bonuses such as those that have been suggested because I know they couldn't possibly be considered balanced or 'fun' for anyone else that might fight against them.

People need to seriously put their thinking caps on and/or get their heads together before they randomly post crap about bonuses and implementation of said bonuses.

True I suppose. I wasnt thinking of the pair both fighting together. I guess I was thinking of the aes sedai sitting there and doing nothing :P. But honestly its not like a fade running bashes and weaving at the same time because there is still 2 people. I do however see how unbalanced that would be.

Quite Frankly I just have been posting random ideas. That is all they are...Ideas. They are meant to encourage discussion or others to post ideas. What I post is not based on what I personally want. Yes my character may benefit from them sooner or later, but honestly whether it would or not I would still post ideas. In the books it was quite clear that the warders were only the best. They gained many abilities from being bonded. I am merely taking my view of them and trying to come up with a form of them to be in the game. As far as those whining saying its unfair because I don't have them, make one! Yes I see how you think warders shouldn't have bonuses they don't earn, and I agree. Warders should be the hardest clan to rank in, other then the white tower itself. Maybe people would like it better if warders required twice as many qps for ranking in just the warder clan. plus rank 5/6 in another clan to even become a warder. Well im not sure about any of this. They are just ideas that im throwing out there, maybe people should stop complaining about how they would be too overpowered and start thinking of ways to balance them out.

hrrm i just thought of something *might be ridiculous :P*
Instead of warders requiring to get qps in a clan, maybe make clanning in gaidin cost 200 feat points which is roughly equal to 1000qps. I realize kill streaks kind of change it a bit, but idk it just sounded like a way that unclanneds could become warders without having to use a clan
