For one that is so strict on technicalities and details your way off, I didn't break fogels rule.
I didn't go into negative qps i still had 2 qps on targh, i earned every single qp on him as well. The mud had been dead for months, i had no way to advance my character so i transferred qps i had earned on an alt i didn't play to one that i did. I broke the rules I am not making excuses, I got my punishment.
