These dancers, who you ignorantly criticize as gay, are amongst some of the most athletic men there are.

In fact, what you see just in that short video linked for you above requires more skill, more coordination and more self-control than almost any action of football, soccer, baseball, hockey, or many other sports.

Call that gay, and you are only feeling self-pity for not even being able to envision yourself doing what he can do. And if you are embarrassed, like Tristan is, to be seen doing something "out of the ordinary" or "unusual", you are, truthfully, only condemning yourself to that mundare and dull existance you hence worship.

If you feel a fat man from Oaklahoma using a shotgun to kill a buck, and then playing with it's head like a toy is a definition of manly-man, and if others feel as you do, the world is headed towards somber years.

However, I can understand that many stereotypical male ballet dancers may appears as "gay", due to the fact that dancing and athletic activities require a self-awareness of ones body that most males lack, and I will even agree with you that some male dancers do seem gay to me as well, but to see all of ballet as "gay" or boring would be to blind yourself intentionally, from habit and from fear of how other may see you, to the he-man-ness of true athletic superiority.

This form of dancing is an Art on top of being a physically demanding sport. This form of dancing, ballet, is most definately not gay. I would be proud to be capable of dancing like him in that video.

If you claim your distaste for ballet comes from "boredom" when you watch it, you simply confirm the initial lack of appreciation you show for the difficulty of his task, and his lifetime of practice and of strife.

For culture is, in fact, the expression of one's skill and one's self through years of honed practice. This includes forms of literature.

No Semper I don't consider Ballet to be gay but I don't care for it at all, if I am going to see a live performance of "culture" I'd rather go see a decent play, the symphony, or orchestra but I would much rather go to a Toby Keith or Willie Nelson concert.
