This is false, it gets used quite a bit. Whats amazing is the fact it hasn't been used to troll yet, or it hasn't while i've been online anyway..

these changes are bullshit considering pretty much every channie practiced rend since it was the highest dmg weave for the 3rd tier.. taking it out was a mistake

well maybe we could down the malus? i understand what you mean and i agree, when it was malused it was nye impossible to chase, but what im saying is i feel it's a tad unfair that the only way to defend against a stab is able to be turned on 100% of the time with no risk to the user, where rogues ...

theres 4 active rogues, nicotine, asylum, malia and myself......

Notice should have a moves malus added back to it. Being free makes it near impossible to get a stab once people know you're there because you just chuck notice on even when you think there isn't a stabber around and just spam to the heck with out fearing anything. It's unbalanced.
