I think the cost is too much for the playerbase and the style of pk we have here. it would promote a fleebee style of pk that non of us want.

I say lower the cost masters take to issue... or make it so they dont have to lose qps anyway.

Now that you cant self regen dreadguards are gimped vs ls as they can still ride and regen horses. dreadguards pracs are still better though becasue they dont have to practice ride.

Force dreadguards to ride and pracs and abilities will even out.
